Breakfast At Peg's / A New Korean Drama

Song:  A Breath Taking Piano Piece

Artist:  Jervy Hou

I picked up my mother this morning sometime after 6 AM for breakfast at Peg's.

Peg's is a nearby breakfast and lunch restaurant which is only open from
6 AM  until 2 PM.  They serve a wider variety of breakfast fare than
most other restaurants.

As I was already up...
and I knew my mother would be...
I stopped by and suggested we go out for a breakfast treat...
and then continue with a Korean Drama we have been watching recently.

My mother had the 'Hawaiian Breakfast'.
It comes with two eggs, fried spam, rice, macaroni salad, and grilled peppers.

I had a chicken cordon bleu sandwich.

We then went back to my mother's home and continued with a very good Korean Drama...

...'Late Night Restaurant'.

We were on episode 13 of 20.

The dramas are subtitled.

This is the owner, and chef, of this restaurant.

This drama is unique, as each episode is a complete story in of itself.

It is very well done, and it is very interesting.

The stories, so far, revolve around the lives and situations of the restaurant's patrons.

I suspect that, perhaps, the last episode will involve a more in depth look
at the owner, as he is, of yet, a bit of a mystery.

We use both, HULU and Amazon Prime to view these Korean Dramas.

Just recently, Amazon got into showing Korean Dramas...
and they have a special category which costs about $4.00 a month to view them.
They now have a larger selection than does HULU.

HULU use to have over a hundred Korean Dramas with frequent updates to its menu...
however, lately, they have only been putting on 30 or so...with no updating.

Well...
this simply won't do.

We both love Korean Dramas...
and we simply must have them  :)

Just a couple of days ago...
I took my mother shopping at a local Asian food market.

She stocked up on her favorite items...
including a lot of different instant type noodles.

Especially with the characters eating in front of us as we watch...
we simply must have a bowl of spicy noodles...
a platter of fruit, or sometimes, cheese and salami to eat
as we savor, both, the food, and the dramas.

We usually watch these dramas at night.

They are just another simple pleasure of life.
