Today was my mother's birthday...
she is now 81 years old.
My elder sister cooked a meal for all of us.
We had Tri Tips and Curry Rice.
It had started to snow in the mountains.
The curry was very good...
as were the steaks.
My sister's gas ceramic infrared BBQ cooked these steaks perfectly in about 5 minutes...
no exaggeration.
It cooks everything so quickly...
and it self cleans afterwards.
My sister sets it to 700 degrees F for 20 minutes...
and no cleanup afterwards is necessary.
The steaks had a nice charred taste.
While we were eating...
it began to snow.
This is excellent BBQ sauce.
I used it for my steaks.
I ate two steaks...
and a good portion of curry rice.
I also had one coffee...
one non-alcoholic beer...
and one very large iced tea.
I then waddled home afterwards.
My mother ate one steak...
and some of the curry rice.
It was just a light snow...
but it was nice.
