my younger sister made chicken pot pie for all of us to eat.
As I was sleeping as she cooked...
I ate some after I had awakened.
My elder sister picked up her share a day later.

An inexpensive and delicious way to get the chicken
is to buy a grocery store ready to eat rotisserie chicken
and then harvest the meat off it.
You must bake the bottom crust first...
before filling and covering it with the top dough.
My mother loves chicken pot pie.
On a separate note...
as we eat a lot of rice...
I saw this at the local Asian market.
I will be buying this from now on.
Although it is more expensive...
I don't cut corners when it comes to health...
especially with food.
